Our Story

Welcome to Eccellenza Hospitality

where a shared passion for service grew into a lifelong mission.

I’m Sarina, and my hospitality journey began in Malaysia, where I first discovered the joy of creating meaningful guest experiences. My path then led me to London, where hospitality became more than a profession — it became my purpose.

It was in London that I met Guido, whose story started in Italy, mastering the art of service before taking his expertise abroad. What began as a shared passion turned into a shared life, and together we continued our journey in Italy.

For over 15 years, we built and ran our own café in Pisa — a place that soon became known throughout the city for its warm hospitality and exceptional customer service. What started as a simple café-bar slowly grew into a unique wine and champagne bar, offering guests premium wines and champagnes by the glass and serving only high-quality food for aperitivi.

Our commitment to outstanding service, cleanliness, politeness, and quality made our café one of the most talked-about places in Pisa. People came not just for the drinks and food, but for the welcoming experience we created. Guido became well known as a true professional in hospitality, with many loyal guests following us wherever we went.
